Esteban Brunello
Owner/Sommelier/Oenologist
With a passion cultivated over more than three decades in the world of hospitality and wine, Esteban Brunello unveils a new space entirely dedicated to wine—a place where every bottle tells a story and every glass invites connection.
Born in Buenos Aires and trained in Hospitality & Catering Management at the prestigious Ecole Pour L’Hotellerie “La Suisse,” Esteban carved out his path in San Francisco’s culinary scene, rising from busser to Wine Director at renowned restaurants such as Farina, SPQR, Oliveto, and The Barrel Room. His knowledge, sensitivity, and commitment to excellence earned him the title of Rising Star Sommelier of San Francisco/Bay Area by StarChefs.com in 2013.
This new venue is the embodiment of his professional journey: the expertise of a sommelier, the vision of a winemaker, and the soul of a host. Certified as an Italian Wine Specialist and trained in winemaking at Cornell University, Esteban offers a carefully curated wine list featuring selections from around the world—including his own creations developed in collaboration with Pleb Urban Winery (Asheville, NC, USA) and Rosha Wines (Kakheti Valley, Republic of Georgia).
Here, wine is much more than a beverage—it’s culture, geography, respect for nature. The space invites discovery, learning, and enjoyment in an intimate, relaxed, and deeply human atmosphere. Esteban personally oversees every aspect of the project—from selection and service to team training—with the same dedication that has always defined him.
